Does Track Ninja work offline?
Yes! Track Ninja works fully offline. All data is stored locally by default. You can choose to enable cloud sync for remote access.
What kind of data does Track Ninja collect?
Track Ninja only tracks application usage, session durations, and activity timestamps. It does not record keystrokes, content, or personal data.
How secure is the data collected?
All data is encrypted locally using industry standards (AES-256). If you enable cloud sync, the data is transferred securely via HTTPS.
Can I export activity logs?
Absolutely. You can export logs as CSV or PDF directly from the app interface.
Is there a device limit?
The Free plan supports 1 device. Pro and Team plans support multiple devices and centralized reporting.
Do I need admin access to install?
Yes, initial installation requires admin privileges to enable system-level monitoring permissions on macOS.
Is my usage data ever shared?
Never. Your data is private and only stored locally unless you explicitly enable cloud sync. We do not collect or share any usage analytics.
